65 years ago...

...6 men, five marines, one navy corpsman; climbed to the top of Mount Suribachi and raised old glory. You may remember this famous photograph of it:




Thank those who serve. They are true Americans, true brothers, true sisters, true fathers, true mothers, true sons, true daughters, true friends, true heroes.
